Movaci Co., Ltd. ("Movaci", "we", "us", or "our") operates closed-circuit television ("CCTV") systems at certain facilities to help protect our employees, customers, visitors, contractors, assets, and business operations.
This CCTV Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal data captured through CCTV systems. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and other legal policies available at https://movaci.com/legal.
Movaci acts as the Data Controller for personal data collected through CCTV systems.
2. Information We Collect
Our CCTV systems may capture:
CCTV systems generally record video only and do not routinely record audio unless specifically required for security or operational purposes.

- •Incident prevention and investigation: preventing unauthorized access, theft, fraud, vandalism, and other unlawful activities, investigating incidents, and supporting internal investigations and disciplinary proceedings.
- •Legal and regulatory requirements: complying with applicable laws and regulations, responding to lawful requests from government authorities, and establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
- •Business continuity: supporting operational security and assisting with emergency response and incident management.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Where required by applicable law, Movaci processes CCTV data based on one or more lawful grounds, including:
Movaci generally does not rely on consent as the legal basis for CCTV monitoring.

5. CCTV Locations
CCTV cameras are installed only where reasonably necessary to support the purposes described in this Policy.
Monitoring may occur in:
Movaci does not intentionally place CCTV cameras in areas where individuals have a heightened expectation of privacy, including restrooms, changing rooms, nursing rooms, or similar private spaces.
CCTV systems may operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

6. Disclosure of CCTV Data
Movaci may disclose CCTV recordings when reasonably necessary to:

7. International Transfers
Where necessary for security administration, technical support, legal compliance, or business operations, CCTV data may be transferred to service providers, affiliates, or partners located outside Thailand.
Where such transfers occur, Movaci will implement appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
8. Security of CCTV Data
Movaci implements reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect CCTV recordings from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Access to CCTV recordings is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need.
9. Retention of CCTV Recordings
Unless a longer retention period is required for a legitimate business, legal, investigative, or regulatory purpose, CCTV recordings are generally retained for no more than ninety (90) days from the date of recording.
Recordings subject to an investigation, legal matter, insurance claim, or regulatory inquiry may be retained for a longer period as necessary.
When retention is no longer required, recordings are securely deleted, destroyed, or otherwise rendered inaccessible.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
