Service Desk Technician

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Good written and spoken English abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main role of Movaci’s Service Desk is to provide Level 1 and 2 incident resolution and escalation to Level 3 engineers. Movaci’s Service Desk also assist other Movaci departments troubleshoot problems that external customers and internal users encounter with Movaci services.

IT Operations Manager

  • Very good written and spoken English abilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Operations Manager will be responsible to oversee the day-to-day operations of Movaci’s Technical & Operations teams consisting of Systems Management, Network Engineering, Global Service Desk and Security Services. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer this will be a fast-paced role with opportunities to grow.

Network Engineer
Position ID: 20181207-NE-1

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows, Linux, Apple and Novel operation systems.
  • Experience with Cisco networking technologies.
  • Experience with TCP/IP, BGP, RIP, OSPF, MCAST, MPLS and VPN technologies.
  • Experience with wireless networks including 802.11b/g/n/ac and WiMax.
  • Experience with server management and network/server hardware servicing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This position plays a vital role in engineering and supporting Movaci’s global network infrastructure. Movaci Network Engineer interface with customers and service providers through the Movaci Service Desk and Monitoring teams. This position is responsible for, Data Center, infrastructure faults, supporting and maintaining network infrastructure and implementing systems and technologies. The Network Engineer Supports escalations between our network and outside vendors and customers. This is a hands-on position; intimate knowledge of IP-based network internals is required.

Senior Security Services Engineer
Position ID: 20181207-SS-1

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years directly related work experience in network, security administration and engineering.
  • Experience in enterprise security architecture
  • Experience in enterprise security document creation
  • Working knowledge of network security e.g. Juniper firewalls, SonicWALL, Checkpoint firewalls Cisco ASA, intrusion detection systems, authentication mechanisms, encryption technologies, and networking protocols including other enterprise security systems.
  • Strong analytical, reasoning, and organisational skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with all levels of personnel both internally and externally; e.g. leadership, executives, clients, vendors, and agencies.
  • Ability to work in and constructively contribute to team work environment and meet stringent deadlines.
  • One or more of the following certifications:
    • CompTIA Security+
    • EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH)
    • CompTIA Certified Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP)

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Security Services Engineer will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and integration of security for the corporate WAN, LAN, and server architecture .This individual will also be responsible for implementation and administration of network security hardware and software, enforcing the network security policy, and complying with requirements of external security audits and recommendations.

Senior System Administrator

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL, Linux SQL, Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Reporting Services
  • Excellent listening, judgment and communication skills; an organized and systematic mind.
  • Ability to be hands-on with technology and lead in problem analysis and resolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior System Administrator is responsible for effective design, planning, implementation, and the highest level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for Movaci’s server systems hardware and software and related Movaci infrastructure.

The Senior System Administrator is an expert in the area of system administration for complex operating systems. This individual will participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual is responsible for the system hardware, operating systems, and software systems.

System Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES

The System Administrator’s role is to maintain, upgrade and manage server and information systems. The System Administrator ensures that systems are optimised, resources are managed, security is maintained and backups and support systems are available. The System Administrator will have strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills which will be used to resolve issues and maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.
