Sales Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Associate is responsible for coordinating and assisting in customer inquiries and orders of products and services, to know and explain Movaci product solutions to customers, and to coordinate vendor purchases as needed.

Service Desk Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main role of Movaci’s Service Desk is to provide Level 1 and 2 incident resolution and escalation to Level 3 engineers. Movaci’s Service Desk also assist other Movaci departments troubleshoot problems that external customers and internal users encounter with Movaci services.

Jnr. Security Services Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Junior Security Services Analyst will be responsible for the maintenance and support of security for the business and customer security infrastructure. This individual will secure and support server, firewall, network and other technical systems.

IT Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Operations Manager will be responsible to oversee the day-to-day operations of Movaci’s Technical & Operations teams consisting of Systems Management, Network Engineering, Global Service Desk and Security Services. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer this will be a fast-paced role with opportunities to grow.
