Movaci Remote Support provides you with secure, real-time access to Movaci’s team of experienced, certified support technicians. Available 24 hours a day, Remote Support allows our technical staff to remotely access your computer and assist you with your technology related challenges.

Remote Support services are available for Microsoft Windows and Apple OSX and include:

How does it work?

Once you have completed the sign up process a Movaci technician will contact you via email to schedule the support session. You will be requested to download Movaci’s secure remote support client and to provide Movaci with the machine ID and PIN code that the software generates. Once Movaci has the ID and PIN code, we will login to your computer to carry out the requested  support session.
