A rapidly growing professional services company preparing to expand operations across Thailand engaged Movaci to design, implement, and support the technology infrastructure for three new offices, including two locations in Bangkok and one in Phuket.
The customer required secure connectivity between locations, resilient Internet access, centralized operational oversight, and infrastructure capable of supporting hybrid work and future expansion. Leadership wanted a technology partner capable of handling both implementation and ongoing operational management, rather than coordinating multiple vendors.
Movaci Approach
Movaci worked closely with the customer to design a modern multi-site architecture capable of supporting cloud applications, hybrid work requirements, and future regional growth. The project included enterprise Internet connectivity, managed firewalls, secure wireless networking, structured cabling coordination, CCTV systems, access control integration, conference room technologies, and Microsoft 365 integration.
To support reliable communication between offices, Movaci implemented high-availability mesh VPN connectivity between all sites with centralized monitoring and failover capabilities. The environment was designed to continue operating even during localized outages or provider disruptions.
Following deployment, the customer transitioned into Movaci's managed support model, leveraging the Movaci Network Management, Security Services, and NOC teams for proactive monitoring, infrastructure oversight, cybersecurity monitoring, and operational support.
Result
Today, the customer operates across all locations as a unified organization with centralized visibility, secure communications, and scalable infrastructure capable of supporting future growth throughout Thailand and the region.
